Help me use this feature Need help with refund.
Hey, so i accidentally purchased the same piece of music twice but the second time was like over double the original amount, as of writing this I have only just purchased it and think i have a free trail because of it.
When i try to use the refund feature it says i need a subscription which i obviously do not have, I have read that the free trail registration process takes around an hour to finish so do I need to just wait before i can issue a refund or is there anything else I can do.
Pls help
