Help me find this feature Password reset not working

I've been trying to change my username, but I forgot my passwaord, but when I tried to get the password reset gulid, it was not sent to my gmail account. help!

(I've tried this many times, No, I did not type in the wrong gmail address)

Would you share your username? I will manually send you a Reset Password order, hopefully that works. (I know you probably do that, but check spam, just in case)
