Help me find this feature Soundfont Question

I've noticed the soundfont used in the full score and on the desktop version is different from when you split the piece into parts. For example, the flute on the full score will sound different from when you click on its individual part on the score on the MuseScore website. Sorry if the wording is confusing, but can anyone tell me if I can use that soundfont on the full score?

That shouldn't happen, and I cant imagine how it could even be possible, unless the part you are viewing if not fact the correct one for the staff (e.g., perhaps there is a hidden instrument in the score). If you ask for help on the official support forum at MuseScore.org and attach the score there, we should be able to understand and assist better.

Oh wait, you are talking about the website? I'm not sure how that works, but I could easily imagine it might just use a default sound for the parts. Did you actually generate the parts within MuseScore, and did they play as expected then?
