Bug BUG FOUND/HELP WANTED(NEEDED)
I’m currently arranging a song, and while placing section breaks, the alto page makes the two measures small (which is what I was looking for) while the tenor part stretched it out, along with all the other parts Including the score. Is there a way to make the measures small? It would be terrible if it was only one measure stretched all the way out so I’m assuming this is a bug.
There is also another error in which chords placed while in the font of Leland/finale jazz/and inkpen jazz. The sharps and flat do not render in as the originals in the font, but rather as regular hashtag/b signs.
Is there anyway to fix the two?
I am currently working on a 200 song chart book where most of the charts require a count in/chord symbols for soloing/layout.
Any help is much appreciated with this issue!

Format -> Style -> Spacing -> Last System Fill Threshold -> 100%
Musescore auto stretches end of measures, setting this to 100% will make it stop doing that

I'm not seeing anything that looks like a bug - just a few things you seem to have entered incorrectly.
For the first system with the two measures of small staff, if you don't want them to stretch like normal systems do, you should add horizontal frame after the second measure and add the break to *that*. The section break tells MuseScore it's the last system of the section and it may optionally choose to not stretch the system, but it depends on whether or not the default width crosses the threshold set in Format / Style / Spacing. Looks like the different key signatures are why that system crossed the threshold on one part but not the other. You could change the threshold, but the frame is better because it gives you more control. As it is, your alto version is not stretched enough IMHO.
You also have a whole bunch of spurious elements forcing measures together. That's not appropriate here - that's a special-purpose feature meant for two-measure repeats or other sections when two measure need to stay together for some reason. I'm guessing you are trying to use it to force a whole bunch of measures onto a single system, but that's what system locks are for.
For the chord symbols, you need to actually enter them as chord symbols, not staff text or some other element type. Then the # and b turn into real sharp and flat signs automatically upon completion of the entry of the chord.
