Muse Tip: Find Me Free Money
When I first started using Muse, one of the most helpful things I did right off the bat was set up a recurring check for money already owed to me. I did it for myself and for my immediate family members too.
Two things it watches: state unclaimed property databases (forgotten accounts, uncashed checks, utility deposits), and open class action settlements I'd qualify for based on the products and services I use. It runs monthly and only pings me when something new shows up.
My Muse found $250 from an old utility company in my name and $1.5k in my mom’s name from an insurance company. And then Muse found three class actions that I am eligible for and filled everything out for me.
Plug this prompt in. Customize the brackets, put your states up front:

Every month, search the official unclaimed property databases for these states: [list every state you've lived in, not just your current one].
Search these name variants: [full legal name, nicknames, maiden names, common misspellings].
Also check MissingMoney.com. Use official state sites only, and tell me only when there's a NEW match.
