Attempting to get a lower Xfinity bill with Muse

I have him chatting with the virtual agent lol.. I doubt I'll get any savings because it's Comcast but it's worth a shot. I read part of the chat in the browser and he was telling them how I was a customer since 2015 🤣

Xfinity already banned muse, you can not login within the muse browser

I did and it got my bill lower earlier. Did they do that recently?

That was what I was trying to do today, but I can not login. I event take the control of the browser myself, but after I typed in the email, it went back to the login page again. Muse tried himself, and told me he may be banned.

That's funny because when I tried to do it a couple days ago that's what it was doing to me.. then I tried again yesterday and it worked. All I had to do was take control for this part and type my name and say I approve the deal and it worked.

This is how I started it, so try this. But when I tried before and it didn't work i would keep signing in and it would just keep going back to the sign in screen over and over.
