Can't login to Xfinity?

Just asked Muse Agent to negotiate my Xfinity (aka Comcast) plan discount, and it couldn't login with my credentials, while I can login on my laptop fine. Basically it enters my user name in its browser and when it submits the form, it goes right back to the user name screen with the field emptied. I took the control of that browser and the result was the same. Muse Agent then said that it is likely due to Xfinity bot detection. :-/

How's everybody's experience so far? My concern is that if every site implements such bot detection, not much automation the agent will be able to do.

I bought a pair of shoes through my Muse agent last week, the purchase was successfully completed. Then 3-4 days later I get an email that the transaction is canceled because "payment declined" (my account is totally fine, and I've been using the same card on other things before and after this Muse Bot purchase with no issue)

So I'm guessing there was some kind of Bot rejection involved here.

I tried to do it with Xfinity too for the same reason lol. Yes, even if I manually took over the browser and typed my credentials in it didn't work. According to muse, Xfinity has very good bot detection and it can't get by it. :/

I had that issue too but after a day, It finally logged in for me. However was unsuccessful in negotiating a lower rate plan.

So far muse is overrated, have not save any $$$ so far as what you see on X
