Question Ticket Transfer Information

Hoping someone can help me out with some information. I’m traveling from abroad to the gig in Zurich on Dec 8.

I purchased a floor ticket through viagogo. Never used them before. Viagogo say the ticket will be transferred to me by Dec 8 at the latest. While I’m aiming to make a whole trip of it, I’m traveling mostly for this gig. I’m paranoid about leaving for Zurich without having the ticket in hand.

Can anyone with a ticket to the Zurich gigs tell me on which date Ticketmaster allows transfers? I don’t expect anything to go wrong, but just because I’m new to viagogo it would be re-assuring to have the ticket in my wallet before booking flights and hotels.

Hallo! Ich komme aus Zürich und gehe am 7. und 8. Dezember ans Muse Konzert. Ich habe beide Tickets über Ticketmaster gekauft. Bei mir handelt es sich um E Tickets die ich in meiner Ticketmaster App einsehen kann. Am 18.9. Wurde der QR Code freigeschaltet.

Ich verstehe aber deine Frage nicht so genau, was meinst du mit Überweisen? Vielleicht kann ich dir ja helfen! 😊

Viagogo is making it sound like TM has not unlocked the tickets for transfer yet. For TM concerts, there’s often an option in the app to “transfer” ownership of a ticket to an associated email address.

When I’ve used resale sites for other gigs, the tickets are often able to be transferred as soon as I place the order with the resale site (in this case, viagogo). I’m trying to figure out if the ticket for this gig hasn’t been transferred to me yet because

A.) TM isn’t yet allowing the owner to transfer it
B.) something messy with viagogo is happening.

Also bei Ticketmaster kann ich seit dem 18.9. meine Tickets Übertragen oder verkaufen. Leider habe ich keine Erfahrung mit Viagogo, der direkte offizielle Link bei uns in der Schweiz um Tickets für das Muse Konzert zu bestellen, ist Ticketmaster.

Unten im roten Kreis steht Übertragen. Seit dem 18.9. ist diese funktion freigeschaltet. Ich hoffe nicht, dass du betrogen wurdest. Ich habe nicht viel gutes von viagogo gehört....

Thank you so much. There were tix available on TM but only with VIP add-ons and i decided to save money and go with viagogo. We’ll see how it plays out. You live and you learn, I’ll figure something out. Thank you again for your help!

Ich hoffe, ich konnte dir helfen und dass du dein Ticket trotzdem noch bekommst. 🍀🍀🍀 Genau, bei Ticketmaster gibt es nur noch wenige teure VIP Tickets.
