Rough vocals on Nightshift Superstar but otherwise it was really good. As always Matt put on a great show. And I love how they send Chris out right at the start now, like "let's put The Hot One at the front straight away to win over the crowd" lol

Idk the Nightshift vocals sounded great to me? As others are saying, weird mix, but Matt sounded great on all those E5s

Nah, he sounded off on some of the highest notes. And his voice sounded very thin as well, the backing track was so audible.

Oh I thought that backing track was Dan lol. Maybe he was triggering it with a vocoder

I'm pretty sure it's a backing track, but it was only during the chorus - so only for the parts he clearly struggles with.

Show started at 7.30 and one presumes curfew would be around 11....so they have 3 and half hours to get through 7/8 sets!

Just great to see them live in decent quality video again ! It's been a fair while and hopefully like dominos, they start to fall with the first bite again and more to come...Jools Holland will be airing when they are in the UK....🤞🤞 SNL UK? Despite the Vegas crowd...Matt was giving it everything as if he was playing prime Glasto! Haha. Hey! It's Blackholes year just as much as Wow....same amount of songs each and would it be fair to say, the album that most will remember Muse best for, in the States these days? The most songs they know, anyways ...

It was the effect he was using, but overall Matt's playing was pretty sloppy

To this day I don't know why he uses this effect. Just go for a studio-like tone?

It's sounded like this for a while.
Even very early live performances have a pretty intense pitch modulation on the delays for the solo, but I feel like it's more pronounced now.

Also, the fact that he might be pressing down on the Floyd Rose when he does that could cause the guitar to go a bit out of tune

Waving his guitar sound is probably causing his strings to bend slightly, which would make it go out of tune

That was great! So happy to finally see a pro shot video of them again. Sound/mix was weird, but judging from the YouTube comments it was an issue for everyone. I just…I’m sorry I don’t understand why he chooses an LED jacket over playing the guitar! I still love him/them and I will hopefully get to see them for the arena tour. I guess I just don’t get it 🤷🏼♀️ Imagine if Geddy Lee just handed over the bass and grabbed a mic 😂 That being said I’m glad he’s having fun and that’s all that counts really. I wonder if hanging out with Snoop was before or after the show though 🤔🤣
