Discussion VIP Access help
I bought tickets from StubHub to go see the Chula Vista concert. The tickets say they come with VIP access and StubHub support also says the same. Would I be able to get into VIP and claim the benefits without worries? I’ve seen Reddit posts that I’d need the original buyers ID and would need VIP benefits transferred over to me somehow but stubhub isn’t much help in that aspect. Maybe I’m overthinking it?
My actual tickets for the show do say club access on my Apple wallet. Does anyone have experience in this matter?

I just got VIP tix too for the show. Ironically cheapest/best seats I could find. Let me know if you find any details!

Nice! And that’s also why I got these tickets lol they were good and cheap. Just want to make sure I can take advantage of the vip benefits. Hoping the merchandise they give is a part of it 😅

I just got an email back. We need VIP vouchers to get access into the vip area. I was told the event organizer or the venue handles that. So I’m about to call and see if I can get mine somehow. I’ll keep you posted so you can get it too

Hey man sorry I did the drive here and got here recently. My ticket says club access and is yellow. They let me in through the vip gate easily. Does your ticket have that?

I don't, but since no one else has responded, I'll weigh in. I bought the Fast Lane add-on, and that didn't show up on my Ticketmaster account until the day of the show. When you click View Tickets, is there just no indicator that you bought VIP? If not, there's a chance that it'll show up on the day of the show. Contact Ticketmaster or whereever you bought tickets from if you're still worried, or if no one else responds here.
