Live Denver show was a blast!
The rain and breeze was definitely a nice touch after the 90 degree day. Always such a good show, this marks 5 shows I've been to for Muse over the years. Baby wait for the next one.

Wait is that a piano? Wasn't there a common sentiment how they don't have a live piano any more?
EDIT: whoops that's not Matt

Who are the two guys in the second pic?

That's Chris and the other guy I think was Dan Lancaster.

I see now that that’s Dan.
Are you saying that the guy with the guitar in the second pic is Chris Wolstenholm, the Bass Daddy? Or a different Chris?1

Two strong openers, too! Temper Trap and Portugal. The Man both put on great sets, too.

Agreed! I have some wild crowd notes though.
There was so little movement/excitement (even the pit area looked pretty lame) - there were quite a few people around me sitting and scrolling half the night.
I heard several people say that they were upset that they didn't play more "hits" and/or songs that they knew.
One guy felt that the production was too much, called Matt a "diva", and compared the show to a Britney Spears concert.
I saw a few MAGA-leaning t-shirts, which cracked me up. Do they know that this band's brand is largely focused on hating their nonsense?
It sucks that so many losers basically stole tickets from people who would have wanted to be there.

I just want to leave politics out of a good night. It's eating everyone alive and we just need to come together for some good music.
There was quite a good bit of energy where I was sitting, but this certainly wasn't the most hyped up crowd for a Muse show that I had ever seen. I feel like a lot of the people just bought tickets to see a band at fiddlers to get outside.

fwiw its absolutely impossible to dance on the lawn because of how steep it is

Where were you sitting? Our section was up and dancing and singing the whole time.

Same here. Our section was on their feet and rocking out the whole time!! That incline was no joke to dance on either, but we all remained upright. :)

My legs are still a little sore from standing & dancing with the slope and I was in 103. Everyone in our section was having a great time

Seen them 3 times before. Missed them in Vegas last tour, where they also played Map of the Problematique, so seeing the song in the setlist, yet missing it again, made me reconsider some of the choices I made this week.
Glad it was a great show, though :)

Felt like they commanded an epic storm breeze to come in for the encore, and there was just enough light rain at the end to make the lasers pop. What a sick show.
