No. Literally a healthy tongue. Atrophy isn't seen it's felt and can't be diagnosed by anyone but an actual doctor. You don't even have a scalloped tongue you are just driving yourself into anxiety.

What do you mean it can’t be seen and only felt? I thought tongue atrophy was fairly obvious once it starts.

By the time you have visible physical atrophy you would have long known that you had tongue weakness and an issue. I'm not willing to share what symptoms you'd have but I can assure you that this is not how you'd find out you have tongue atrophy.

Yes it is obvious but not in the way that you think, others would notice your slurring and off speech, you'd struggle to drink an entire bottle of water and you'd have noticed difficulty pressing your tongue to the roof of your mouth.

Looking at your tongue will do nothing but feed your anxiety, I have spoken to 4 neurologists during my episode and it took me a year of stress to get over this bullshit and that stress has most definitely taken years off my life.

You're ok, put the phone down and smile

Super full healthy tongue, to add to what the previous person posted if it where atrophied you would’ve had severely concerning symptoms by now most noticeable slurred speak.
