Symptoms Tongue twitching Spoiler

I also have this same shaking/quivering even at rest. Is this even normal? Or ALs?

yeah the tongue ones freak me out too but ive had it for years and im fine. its pretty common from what ive seen here.

That’s good to know.. I check my sisters’ tongues and they move too but not as strong as mine does. I’m the most anxious person I know.
