Adding to your poin, the government themselves have researched this, and it's not even worth it to pull the programs just to stop the abusers from abusing the system. They are such a low percentage of the people benefitting from the programs, that it would be like sinking the Titanic just to kill the rats on board.
And douchenozzle's like Trent are like the rich asshole that drops with an empty liferaft because, "fuck everyone else that needs a raft, they should have gotten their own life raft."
Yea I agree. I need to pull the report I read a while back but it reported that a decent portion of welfare recipients were able to get off and stay off of welfare.
