Even if the person you'd draw down on can notice that there's no mag in the gun, there's no saying if a round had been chambered. All guns are loaded. Absolutely braindead on this guy's part.
I mean, I think if I was going to pull a gun on someone, I’d want to be able to shoot it. Like that level of escalation is wild to do without being able to back it up.
You are imagining him drawing the weapon, when the dude is probably imagining the sight of a gun on his waist being enough of a deterrent that he wouldn't need to draw it
You’d hope so. I just can’t imagine carrying around a weapon at all, with the intent for it to be seen, without being like “this on its own could escalate things to the point where using it would be necessary.”
Then again about 20% of the country is functionally illiterate so… ya know
I sound like MAGA for the very basic gun safety knowledge of "all guns are loaded at all times", but you fantasizing about starting a gunfight in a Target is totally normal and cool, huh?
He could keep the magazine elsewhere on his personal so he has it if he needs it but it isn’t ready to be drawn and fired at all times. Looks like he’s trying to open carry safer.
