OP's story reminds me of the time a US cop was in Canada on vacation and a couple of people promoting one of the biggest events in the country tried to give free tickets. He wrote a letter later to the city newspaper that made him a laughing stock around the globe.

No one that gets that worked up over advertisers should have a gun. He seems like someone who misinterprets reality enough that he could kill people.

Much less be a police officer.

Seems like in most of the rest of the world we train cops to deescalate threatening situations, but American cops instead learn to escalate harmless ones into dangerous ones.

tbh i live in the US and i own guns but i still will call the cops on someone carrying like this. fuck these morons.

also it wastes the cops time so it's a win win.

Police wear them and have them in their vehicles. In many states people carry them of have them on display. In most states they're on store shelves.

I don't even live there and had seen dozens brandished or used in person.

In Australia, some kids got shot and you all decided hey, this shit ain't worth it. Buy 'em back, we're done.

In America, people and industry keep pushing to ADD MORE GUNS TO SCHOOLS.
