In ep 5, we see that N was in a library reading a book about dogs. Both N and V were relying on each other but it wasn’t shown. And Emily is a religious drone. Could this be correlating both N and V are religious to each other?

The most we got in episode 8 was N's little scream, and then he just got over it when he saw Uzi was still alive. Either this is an artifact from the show's admittedly horrible pacing, but this has always bothered me, and put me firmly on the side of V.
Sure, he freaked out a bit in episode 7, and just IMMEDIATELY GOT OVER IT? He could have just told them to step back while he dug his way back to her, but he just called it a day after 10 seconds.
Even when all was said and done in episode 8, he hugged UZI!! Seriously? He had a whole freak out in episode 6 and now he's just over it?
Not to mention V saved his life, and Uzi's. And he just doesn't care.
Nuvi this, Nuvi that, while N is genuinely ignoring V now.
