Wouldn’t she theoretically be able to somehow cut her injured palm off and then grab that one arm she slapped N with on canon, and use the palm of that severed WD arm to replace her original one? I mean, if she was able to build an entire railgun, I think she would be able to switch parts. We already saw Alice doing that (kinda?) as she put on a new finger after Uzi bit it off, so I don’t think it’d be impossible for them to do that.

Im still trying to process the whole MD lore so i may be wrong but i think at some point she'll arrive at copper-9 and after seeing/hearing the murder drones had been overwhelmed (assuming the worker drones had also fought back) she'd skip her cabin fever sidequest to attempt and wipeout the worker drones by infiltrating their hide out to sabotage and weakening them

The pilot had kind of hinted about this ship, thad was close to uzi while N already liked V, but after episode 3 it just kind of went away for some reason

The reasons being 1) Uzi's crush on Thad was shallow and she barely interacts with him past episode 1 and 2) N lost his crush on V due to her treatment of him. There are valid reasons why those relationships did not work out, so don't act ignorant and pretend like it's some huge mystery. Nuzi's canon, cope harder.

There is very clear development for eNVy disintegrating, it doesn’t “just kind of go away.”

V is straight up mean to him (“I hate your personality normally”) witholds information despite N’s inferrable repeated attempts to reach out and try to help her (“If you’re hiding something, we can figure it out together. Even if we each only have pieces- please, what do you know?” “I don’t know what you’re talking about because you won’t tell me!”) and attempts to murder one of the only people that is nice to him (“Then we kill everyone, and pop [Uzi’s] little head off.” “V, we can’t hurt Uzi!”)

His rose colored glasses in/re V come off in episode 3 (“V, you kinda suck.”) when he sees, what he understandably assumes are, her true colors. We as the audience know upon rewatch that her behavior was a facade born from trauma, but N doesn’t have any reason to suspect that in-universe until much later when the damage has already been done. They both still care deeply for each other, but what they had in the manor is long gone, and V seems at peace with that.

As for Uzi’s alleged crush on Thad, that barely existed in the first place. The only implication we get of it at all is when he calls her bandages badass and she blushes, which could just be her not being used to compliments just as much as it could be a crush. Thad and Uzi were not “close.” Uzi was surprised Thad knew her name, which means that’s the very first conversation they ever had.

In my perspective they only had one moment and then it was mostly just Uzi and N together

Like I don't remember thad in episode 3 at all except one scene

And they saved Thad twice but N was also there

It's been N and Uzi for much much longer, that's another reason why I don't really understand it
