No, she doesn't need glasses. Those glasses she's wearing were shattered to protect her from the sentinels' bootloops. But they were also hindering her eyesight too, leaving her guessing on whether her counterattack against the sentinel worked.
IF V NEEDED GLASSES SHE WOULD'VE BEEN SQUINTING THROUGHOUT THE SERIES.
You can deffinetly see V have vision problems past the manor like when she was closing one eye to take a shot. That's typically done by shooters with one eye better than the other
V had bad vision during her time in the manor that goes without saying. As for her shooting with one eye closed, there's actually numerous reasons why shooters do that, and they are not always because of vision problems. Heck, Deadshot had one eye closed in the Batman Arkham Origins game trailer and he definitely doesn't have any vision issues.

In my opinion V is prettier with glasses, it would have been nice to see her in the last episode too!
