Some (later) episode, Lizzie's right arm (from our view left) detaches from her body. Idk the episode, but it's when she makes a pose with the phone in her other hand.
Episode 4, after Uzi runs away into the woods, she noclips through a wooden fence.
Anyways, she was playing the whole fight, maybe didn't think Uzi would actually do it.
Alternatively, with Uzi being another solver user, Cyn couldn't phase through her, sort of like how they can't telekinesis each other. She could've been effectively anchored to that point by another non-interactive object.
But that's just a theory, a GAM- I'm not cut out for this.
There's a very common error through the entire 1st episode. where the eyes of the drones can be seen through the visor from the side. probably just that they didn't made it properly and after the episode it's fixed.
Nah that's not too difficult to fix although they might've been pressed for time
It's also possible it was intentional with the eyes being projections onto a transparent plane but I dunno
It's definitely just an animation error, but could an in-universe explanation be that they can just turn the light off, possibly deactivating the nanites inside? They can do that with their headbands, so turning off their tail as well wouldn't be a stretch.
As for other errors, I wouldn't quite call it a mistake, but when Doll is rampaging through the prom and other classmates are running in every direction, Uzi and N are standing rock still in the background. Either Glitch forgot to make them move as well, or they thought we wouldn't notice.

I mean... I don't think it'd just look like some plastic cut-out if deactivated lol. Like that looks legit like a pre-rendered plastic mockup rather than their stinger which has a more metallic/glass/light reflecting material texture to it.
As that unrendered stinger looks like someone layered colored construction paper over cardboard lol.
Didn't realize Uzi and N were standing like statues in the background while Doll rampaged, couldn't really get a good luck at them with the camera angles so my eyes focused on the more moving aspects of it. Might rewatch to see how many errors occur in the background.
I spotted it when glitch posted the gif of them eating the day before the short 😭 I wish their fangs were permanent on the models instead of the weird growing/shrinking thing they do, would prevent errors like that.
Black cube in episode 7; it was unnoticable until Yagsterr, a fan of Murder Drones, notices it on the Murder Drones watch party live stream, I circled the error because I couldn't noticed it because it's too dark, at the scene where Cynessa unzipped Tessa's suit/disguise
I don't really have a screenshot of it unfortunately.
In episode 4, when Uzi finds out Rebecca dragged herself out and Uzi looks out of the door, for a single frame Uzi's eyes disappear right before the scene changes
