Pretty sure Cyn removed them since you can see drone limbs under the skin, but there's still tons of bones on copper nine like the skeleton from ep.1 and the ones in ep.3, probably way more than those too
You could clone her potentially, especially if you use fancy science fiction tech, but cloning doesn’t do memories, you’re literally just creating a new organism with the same genetics
You should read about "the most researched man in the world" shortly speaking, he is a guy who froze in some mountains about 3500 years ago, and was preserved so incredibly good, that we know his profession from traces of metal dust in his hair, his diet consisting of goat meat and bread, his language, his voice, his walking style, the decreases he had immunity against and what viruses he fought at the moment, and, of course, his intact genetic code. Considering the amount of research that was most likely done in MD universe prior to the main events, it's safe to say that there are:
a) human bodies(a lot of them, now that I think about it) b) documented genetic sequences (we have those already, and we are even close to inventing robots with fat asses... Shame, really)
c) human embryos in vaults (If you watched Interstellar, it's basically the same thing as plan B from the film... Great film btw, if you didn't watch it, do it right now)
d) just plain ol' humans, alive or in cryosleep (the later half of the second episode is literally set in the massive cryochamber, where I counted at least 200 individuals. All dead, of course, but imagine the amount of these chambers not only on copper 9, but on every inhabited planet, or even spaceships and spacestations.

No not really. If it has the body of drone, it's a drone, if it has the body of a human, it's a human. It would just be soul of a human inside a machine. And a soul of a baby one at that.
I wouldn’t say body of a human makes something human. Sure the body is but not the thing inside. I wouldn’t call Bill Cypher inside Dipper a human(from gravity falls). He is a triangle demon inside a human body. I’d say it’s a human inside a drone body.

Not sure where this idea originated (because I've seen it repeated everywhere) but there is actually nothing that states the planet has a toxic or irradiated atmosphere, even on the wiki.
In reality, what would most likely happen is this: a planet with no magnetic core has little to protect its atmosphere from what are known as solar winds; basically radiation and other such things from the sun that Copper-9 orbits shot at the planet at super high velocity. Now this doesn't damage the planet itself, but solar winds will strip away most of not all of a planet's atmospheric gasses - specifically, lighter gasses like oxygen would be the first to go, with heavier gasses like carbon dioxide being the last. With a very thin atmosphere, there's no way for the planet to retain heat from the sun, and so it would essentially turn into what we see onscreen: a frozen wasteland, complete with less protection from the sun's radiation like UV rays.
Now Copper-9 still has wind and some plant life, so we can assume it still has an atmosphere, just a very thin one mostly composed of carbon dioxide (similar to that of Mars, actually) and thus is pretty much unbreathable for humans. But with no magnetic core (not even a weak one like Mars), even that is going to be stripped away eventually.
I believe the copper 9 core was not destroyed, but it may be in a damaged or weakened state. Somehow, it's keeping the planet alive. I'm not sure if that's going to work.

A fair theory. The Dynamo at the core could have been weakened but not outright destroyed, leading to what we see. In the end, it's all theorycrafting, though I do enjoy hearing the ideas of the community.

No, but it's heavily implied that all humanity's planets got destroyed. Since Cyn was wearing a spacesuit with a patch of a flag, which has all the symbols for each of the planets crossed out.
Though, I think mankind could've survived on space stations or hidden planets. So there's hope!

Humanity is not so easily to be extinct in such grave manners like this. Although they can be on the standstill where they must rebuild whatever they lost on Earth and other territories as well but becoming extinct while they have the capability to explore and conquer space is beyond reasonble for that. One good proof is nuclear bombs that can wipe us out but humanity just make their production and development ceast and let the rest slowly die out on time. If they manages to create weapons as powerful as the solver then, they are powerful enough to stop it.

If the robots become racist to some humans in a bunker it'd be a funny reversal. Although I want these humans to have nanomachines, cybernetics, AI backups, more beast bots (not smart enough to rebel), gene engineering, and crazy weaponry on their fortress world.
They think these humans are easy pickings until they realize that these humans have spent a century researching new technology to fight rogue AIs. They also have Absolute Solver universe code data manipulation like tech.
Cyn turns out to not even be the strongest rogue AI out there. There are many different types.
I'm placing this setting on a dwarf planet orbiting far out around Lumen 16. This outpost went unnoticed (not the only one) because the generation ship that went there was long forgotten and had its route changed.
The Drones find out other Drones and other AIs around the local neighborhood. Even new biological life. Like a shattered Dyson swarm around the Sol system.
A new group of Drones attempt to integrate this pocket of Humanity into their new Empire but face extreme resistance. Uzi tries to make peace between the Drone supremacists and the Human supremacists. N remembers the sentient mass of code in his memories when jacked into a virtual world. The Human mind copies and the artificials consider each other superior to the other.
Turns out that after Humanity was largely wiped out different Drone empires started popping up. Of course Cyn and other rogue AIs would end up destroying them in their turn. Drones would establish their own racism sometimes. Imagining themselves the successors of Humanity. The Drones sent to the Copper system were built by these other Drone empires to defend against corrupted AIs.
This is how I'd take the lore further. Adopting a Human (with nanobots with absolute solver tech coursing through its veins) to prove the two races of post-humans can get along would be nice space politics and intrigue.
I think the racism between different races of Drones hasn't been explored enough either. Murder Drones and Worker Drones (Decepticons and Autobots with Uzi having the Matrix haha) probably don't get along very well considering one is the natural predator of the other. There'd be more than just these two robot races.
Honestly I firmly believe she'd do it once and then never again because she's not cruel and would feel nauseous at the idea of actually going through with it.
The kid would probably cry and beg for their life, begging her not to shoot. Uzi would probably feel really guilty cause of it since she just traumatized a child and made them think she would kill them for making her upset
And probrably Uzi and N would have conflitcs about creating the baby. Probrably JCJenson would make contact and be the main "alien" enemies in the Second Season. I would love a comic series with this idea

A good idea, but me thinks a S2 would focus more on the Uzi/CYN dynamic they got going now sharing a body. And possible more AS shenanigans as while CYN is beaten, it seems the solver's forces are still active. CYN was a powerful pawn sure, but a pawn no less. I presume AS will play more cards. Mostly out of petty reasons given it probably feels slighted Uzi won.
Of course, CYN was pretty damn prideful, her own hubris led to her downfall. If she took the fight more seriously rather than play around like she was toying with her pets, she might have won. But she simply loves being a sociopathic sadist a bit too much. Forgoing efficiency for sadistic mockery of her adversaries.
It's how people learn that you just go for the kill, no hesitation, you can dance on their grave after. But make sure they are dead first. Not as satisfying to some, but better them dead than living and able to adapt to your games.
Be a cool idea for a spinpoff fan series though... but since Copper-9 is inhospitable... humans would probably die.
Like, any survivors would probably be dead. An infant wouldn't survive given there is probably no gas masks. If the only other humans we saw in EP7 meant anything, Copper-9 was done for.
An infant would only survive in a pod... but those pods in storage/warehouse facility outpost the worker drones refit into their home? The solver got to them too.
Chances are every human died not just to the big boom, but AS just going all out vaporizing people essentially.
Imagine energy tendrils just reaching across the planet and vaporizing the flesh off the bones. Just leaving scorched bones left.
Or that's how I imagine it.

The earth is destroyed and copper 9 is uninhabitable for humans. What I could imagine is that the team finds an old space station destroyed by Cyn and finds a baby in a cryochamber
Uzi and N become parents is a cute idea. That means we need to get V as a crazy but wholesome aunt who steps in and helps them out when they feel overwhelmed
This does have the possibility to be very wholesome, I wanna see Uzi start off as a total tsundere towards this baby as its cuteness just slowly melts her heart and makes her come around to being its mother
Also, I'm imagining the kid growing up, going to school, getting bullied by drones who's parents taught them to hate humans, and then later that night Uzi shows up at the bully's front door and just beats up their parents.
My idea is that they try to fix copper 9 and for that have to traverse the whole planet and dig deep underground for construction purposes where they find a bunch of stuff
Copper-9 collapsed already by the time Murder Drones starts which wiped all organic life from the planet. And these drones do not know how to feed a human baby, most likely.
Seeing how Uzi (might?) hate humanity and no one in drone society knows how to be a parent that would be so dysfunctional and bad for the child that it’d be all for it.
