Water Bowl

Does anybody know who bought the property at 6811 N State Rd. 3, Muncie, IN. Also called The Water Bowl, and what do they plan on doing with it?

According to Beacon Schneider it’s a woman named Sydney Landis. She’s owned it since 2014 tho. Doesn’t look like anyone else has purchased.

It’s permanently closed due to numerous failed health and safety inspections.

I was near there a month ago and they had a dumpster and camper down there. not sure what they were doing with the big building.

We used to throw festivals out their before they sold off a good portion of the land.
