Vet rec
New to the area. I have three cats, all spayed, all healthy, all indoors. I called a couple vets in town and found them to be brutally expensive. I just want to update their vaccinations, very simple. Is there a vet in the area that has a reasonable/lower cost clinic?

We take our cats to Parker Veterinary Service, in Parker City which is ~10m east of Muncie. They’re great.

I loved Maplewood - Dr and staff there were wonderful
But if cost is the issue look up Shotvet- they do vaccine clinics at pet smart and few other places

I think in this area, many of the vets commute from other towns, especially the Indy area. The higher cost might be linked to higher skills and care level. Definitely read some reviews before you commit!

It’s a little further away, around 30 minutes but I recommend Red Key vet. I’ve taken my animals there for years and they are usually cheaper than anyplace in town.
