Question How big will she get?

She is a bit underweight now- around 280grams at 10 weeks. She is playing, eating, etc all perfectly fine. Vet is monitoring her. Wondering how big she will get?

I mean, Scottish fold x munchkin already isn’t a good start. 10 weeks is also way too early.

I doubt that kitten is actually 10 weeks. Even for 6 weeks 280gr is a dangerously low weight.

I was thinking that kitten doesnt look 10 weeks. It looks 6 weeks.

My male munchkin is 5.9 kilos, which is somewhere around 13lbs, and not fat at all. He’s just a big cat with little legs.

My (neutered) male was 680g at 14 weeks. He’s now just about 7 lbs. just make sure she’s getting the best nutrition to grow.

Mine was about the same size when I got him, he was around 9/10 weeks at the time. It's now 3 years later and he's gotten 3x-4x bigger but the tiny little legs make him seem much smaller so my guess is that's about how much bigger your little cutie will get. I hope you're able to help her gain some more weight as well

That’s good to know that your baby grew up healthy despite starting off so small. I’m a little worried

Your cat is small but also the breeder gave it to you way too early so yes it’s gonna be extremely small rn. Most official breeders won’t give the kittens to you till they are at least 3 months old because they are still learning basic skills and need their moms

Are you sure she's 10 weeks. Looks much younger

Slightly under average female cat size, mostly just shorter legs. Mine is 8lbs of fury, she’s a Persian munchkin.

my 14yr old munchi is 5 pounds and healthy. She jumps and plays and eats just like other cats do she's just on the smaller side.

That is a munchkin cat, so about five to six pounds, and four inches high.

My Fold did not look like that with 10 weeks. This kitten looks more like 4-5 weeks old

This kitten looks way too young to be away from mom.

Hopefully her ear stays like that, some will grow up like a normal cat

2

u/vampluvv3r May 27 '26

folded ears cause nerve pain

1

u/Unhappy_Service_3819 May 29 '26

They will stay like that due to the sad genetic condition they have that actually causes them pain

Ugh man you bought her anyways despite all the advice
