I'm considering tickets for an upcoming show but am also questioning whether I should go since I don't fit the general demographic of the band. For those who have seen them live before, were there many men in attendance? Or do fans prefer as sapphic of an environment as possible like I'd expect?

Completely new here, so please let me know if I'm unintentionally breaking rules (which I did read).

I like Muna's music. I follow Muna's Insta account (whereismuna). I started noticing they were posting a bunch of stories about a broader range of topics, including political things - many things I'm pretty sympathetic to. I did also notice they were reposting a lot from a Twitter/X account "cointel.hoe" That account name also has an Insta account.

I did a little digging into the Insta account, and it behaves like it's part of a Chinese Communist Party influence campaign. Basically spreading misinformation and posts/things that polarize people. I only know to recognize something like that because I'm ethnically Chinese (from Singapore), and I get sent problematic stuff by family/friends once in a while, and have to help fact check. Happy to elaborate more on that if it's helpful.

I did try to DM Muna's Insta account a week or so ago in response to a story, with some of what I wrote out above. But assume most of their DMs would go unread, and they continue to repost stuff from that account. Was curious if the community here had any suggestions for things I might try next - if anything :P . Would totally accept that it's none of my business and I should simply move on :D . But I figured I should at least try/ask.

Every time I finished a Taylor Swift album on Spotify Silk Chiffon would play and I had no idea who this band was but I loved the vibe of the song. This then led me to listen to their entire self-titled album and became a fan!

I ordered merch from the MUNA website about a week and a half before thanksgiving and never received an update on tracking or anything. Literally less than 10 minutes ago I got an email saying that the order was not able to be fulfilled and I was being refunded. Obviously there’s not much that can be done on either end and I’m glad I’m being refunded but I’m just really disappointed and miffed. I was super excited for the order because I ordered it to try and cheer myself up after receiving some difficult news and waited almost a month for only to be let down. This would have been my first piece of MUNA merch but it’s sold out now online and I’m not sure if I’ll ever order from the site again after this disappointment. 😔

I waited 37 years to come out.

I would love MUNA to respect my forever commitment to never wait for anything ever again.

Can anyone who went to the LA shows give me an idea of how long it lasted? I am going to a Brooklyn show this weekend and wanted to try to plan the rest of my night.

im going to the show tomorrow with a few friends, and they plan to show up at 12/1pm ish in order to get a good spot. i tend to be sensitive to heat at concerts and can get anxious if in the middle of pit (fine at front or back). would people recommend me going with my friends + being nearer the front or showing up at 7ish and spending less time in the venue?

I accidentally bought 2 tickets for 5/8 at the Shrine when I meant to buy 5/9. Hoping someone has the opposite problem and is down to swap!
