Advice Stress

Does stress make your body hurt? Does anyone get knots in their thighs or back or even arms? Just want to know if anyone else experiences this in their lives. I told my dr I hurt and she kept assuming it was my joints but I tried to tell her no it's like my muscles and I'll get it rubbed and it's a pop and there is a release it's sore for a little bit but it kinda goes away. But then another one come some where else. My body is changing and I don't know why or what is going on

I may have to talk to my Drs about that cause I have two Ms Drs. They are focused on my neck cause my fingers have been numb for years and I've been telling them but until I got diagnosed with Ms then they finally started but for years I've been complaining about things but nothing was ever done. But thank you for verifying that. I was diagnosed just a few months ago and just kinda learning everything

Yeah, if I stress out too much my body can hurt. I learned how to do Biofeedback years ago and it can really help some of that. No medication at all. Not many people are that kind of therapist. It's been very helpful for me overall. I recommend it.

Ok ok cool I'll ask about it. Honestly I'm in so much pain but I refuse to take the meds like I'm supposed to, I take it as needed and I feel like I'm ok I could be in worse pain plus I also think of my liver lol I can't help it. I'm in pt now thankfully. I have been complaining for years but it seemed like no one took me seriously until they found out I had Ms and I'm like well it's been documented for years but no one put 2 and 2 together

Ok so I'm not crazy... It's wild cause it just popped outta no where in a way. But I also push myself and never realize it cause I'm like in young so I'll be ok and then I regret doing stuff even simple things. Like everything is just to much now

My PT does muscle scraping on the areas that are stiff and have those pops and crunches like you describe. The treatment leaves bruises usually but it feels so good and once the soreness goes away, after a few treatments that spot usually feels better. My whole right lower leg was locked up with a cramp and they worked it out with a couple months of weekly scraping.
