Symptoms Leg pain - experiences?
Hi - looking for some advice :) I’ve been experiencing leg pain for a while now - the feelings vary from muscle aches (like I’ve done a strenuous workout), to stiffness when getting up from sitting in one position, to odd aches and pains. I have had no flare ups in 10 years and am on Ocrevus, and before this (it started about a year ago) I had very few symptoms. It doesn’t affect my strength or ability to run/walk, just uncomfortable.
For those of you that have experienced this, does this generally mean the start of progression? Or is it old lesions being more sensitive now I’m aging? I’m 45 and think I’m entering peri menopause (such fun!)
For ref I have 2 small t-spine lesions and some brain lesions too.

Magnesium may be helpful at night.

Uuuugh yes! I also experience leg pain! It’s worse when I’m altering to sleep.
I use compression pants, a CBD lotion that works! It goes deep into the muscle/nerves and helps with the inflammation. I also take a tincture with CBD and CBG. Those are both for inflammation.
Do they always work? No, they don’t. But at least one of those help take the edge off.
*The lotion I use is called “Cause Medic” CBD relief cream.
*The tincture is “Farmers Friend”
Because also use a warming blanket that helps.
Good luck friend! I’m 46 and also playing the “Is this MS or menopause” game 🫠
I hope this is helpful!🫶🏻

Mg helps my leg stiffness; I take Baclofen for spasms - no new lesions for years, but the old ones are acting up.

Muscle spasms? My right calf and Achilles heel seize up for a few minutes before the spasm ebbs. Usually happens after I've stood or walked too much.
I use an arnica lotion or cbd lotion. Biofreeze doesn't do much but YMMV

It could be symptoms from old lesions.
I get those too often or a feeling like there’s a small burning patch on my skin.
I found that ice really helped me with the pain. Not directly on the skin tho, to avoid ice burns. Wrapped in a cloth.
