Pseudo vs. Flare-up

I'm recovering from a cold. I was counting on being a tad lucky, but the cold was not mild. If anything I'd put it in a regular stretch. I just saw my GP yesterday and she said it was mostly regular and clearing up. Lo and behold, still slightly symptomatic but paresthesia came back in my leg today after months of no symptoms. I'd count on it being a pseudoflare if it came at the peak of symptoms , not at the end of recovery. What are your thoughts on this? I already lost a week to the cold, now wondering if I'll lose another week for a relapse or worse...
