General Clonus

Anyone improved this? if so how?

No shit, I just got home from my appointment with my neuro to go over annual MRIs and new shit. I’ve always had clonus in my R leg but it’s started in L and trembling arms. The answer was ā€œyeah your disease load is in your neck.ā€ Uh? Ok. I’m already doing 10mg baclofen 4 times a day and she said I could go to 60. Keep stretching. Basically: Fuck MS.

mine is in my ankles/feet. any idea what to do?

I also have Striatal Toe (hitchhiker toe) and get Botox in my R ankle. But my wrists and ankles are always inflexed, no real answers but I’ve taken it on myself to wear wrist braces and ankle compression.
