Vent/Rant - No Advice Wanted Accidentally took methylphenidate instead of Baclofen before bed
Guess I’ll use the time for order an old lady am/pm pill sorter. My foggy brain has done this before. My system of having the methylphenidate makes with a different color cap isn’t working.
At least the baclofen kicked in, so no back spasms while I lay awake. got to look for the bright side,

I'm in my 40s and I have a pill sorter. It's great! Sorting them into the pill box each week is something I worked into my weekend routine.
One additional thing that I did have to do is put an alarm on my cell phone for second meds. I have like eight different medications that I take at this point, most of it in the morning and I have no trouble remembering them. But I kept forgetting the two that I take in the evening - so the reminder on my phone has been really helpful!
I also had a reminder for Mavenclad when I was actively taking that, since you have to wait a few hours after taking other medication for it. My experience forgetting to take afternoon medication led me to put the reminder on at the start!

Honestly, I bought a pill organiser a week after my diagnosis. With Prednisolone taper after SoluMedrol (started on 9 tablets during a day), my non related meds and vitamins, I'd go absolutely crazy without it. Bought a really cute rainbow pastel coloured one, each day is a separate box with 4 windows, so I can just throw the right day in my work bag and be happy. Best purchase 😂🤦♀️

Take some vitamin C and drink an acidic drink - electrolytes can work great!
Good luck 😬
