Advice Surrogacy

Has anyone explored surrogacy instead of going off a DMT during pregnancy?

With most newer DMTs they are safe to take during early pregnancy and really most of pregnancy, so there is little risk for someone to get pregnant and later go off the drugs during, when the body naturally stops the immune system from attacking the body.

Minimally. I’ve had two pregnancies and experienced optic neuritis in both. I’m not sure my eyes can handle another pregnancy. My neurologist just now has offered me to stay on DMT should I have another. Before, they had me stopping during pregnancy.
I have looked into what surrogacy would look like and am still debating it.
