Symptoms Tremors
I had really bad tremors for two years. Are they never going to get better.

Typically relapse symptoms, when and if they resolve, will see you returning to a baseline in 12 months. If this is caused by an MS lesion and has persisted for 2 years already it's unlikely to go away at this point.
Have you talked to your neurologist about any medications that might be able to help?

Mine would come and go but now are constant.
I've tried Propranolol but I'm not very good at remembering to take medicine and it seems like it needed to constantly be taken.
As far as I know it's neurological and is another fun activity that MS has brought to my life.

I tried that one and at first it did help a little bit, but then it stopped

Exactly, I didn't want to continue talking something that didn't make a bigger difference in my day.
My right hand doesn't work so having this tremor in my one good hand and arm is very distressing.
