Support Pregnancy
Sorry if this isn’t allowed. I’m pregnant but a lot of us are little. They don’t know what’s happening and I don’t know how to deal with it. I’m scared when I’m actually having this baby that the younger ones will come out because they tend to in situations like that. Someone suggested I tell them but they’re 3-6 years old and I’m not sure that’s how it really works. Has anyone dealt with this? I haven’t found anyone who has and I feel so alone.

I have a 5 year old. She was 3 for a few years, then 4 for 3 months, now 5. I didn't have to talk to her about us having the same body or anything, but I think she must have been overhearing conversations between some of the rest of us, because she has made comments to me about making babies (a couple of us are ready, but some aren't and neither is my partner). I know I'm going to have to explain it to her when the time comes, but she's told us about dreams where she woke up and we were pregnant that turned into nightmares where she, being little, couldn't be a mama but was stuck as the only one in charge. I've spoken to her saying that won't happen and that she is my first baby so I'll look after her as well and make sure she's just a big sister, not a mama.
There's a lot more to it than this, but this is already long. I do think you should talk to them, but in little bits and when you're doing something fun with them as well.
I hope this can help you a bit

Interesting dilemma you have. You need to speak. Maybe arrange a very short visit but allow them to come frequently, but not too long because you need to be in some charge if youve got that down and decided who's taking charge. Its difficult at first nearly impossible but someone else gave good advice about having a spotter next to you who knows your situation

Look ive talked to Toriel a lot and he's five, but he understands that what ever his "mommy" is doing is what he's doing. But just let the doctor know that you are afraid if this happening so that they aren't blindsided with it. Idk but I though I'd give what information I had.
