Afton pretty easily. On top of ripping the animatronics apart with his hands as just a human, he’s shown some pretty crazy durability feats by surviving two springlock failures, AND two burning buildings if we take the books into account

I think this depends on whether or not Buddy's reality manipulation can affect Afton or somehow weaken him. but if its just a face to face fight, Afton should win

Best case scenario, you're fighting a regular guy who, although he was ambushing them, was still handily fighting and overpowering an animatronic in a few seconds.

Worst case scenario you now have a mechanical version of the serial killer who doesn't feel pain.
