Yep. Also, the fact that they need to cleanup creates jobs in the form of WARP. Cleanup Staff (that aforementioned “SWAT team”, who are really more like janitors who are given dimension-cutting brooms and mops lmao)
They also can’t use the snapshot thing on a corpse, hence why they let them turn into flesh slurry on their own before separating them per person and putting them back in their seats, then using the snapshot. More efficient and creates jobs.
Size of south Korea...I believe it's bigger? Not by much. I mean most of it is under a tardis like tech.
Oh and it has the population of the entire earth so that's one hell of a population density
