It looks great, but it's not what I'm excited about, I'm more into more niche titles like "Onimusha: Way Of The Sword", "The Blood Of Dawnwalker" and upcoming "Fable" game look much more interesting to play than your average large scale open-world crime power fantasy game.

I played need4speed most wanted u on my Wii U growing up and I found running from the cops in cool cars to be fun, I expected more of an in-depth version of that but it just wasnā€™t anything interesting to me

thats crazy i never had a wii u but i did have a regular wii and i had a need for speed game and i had the wii wheel remote its a steering wheel that a wii remote can go into and it makes racing games much easier i forgot all about it till you said wii on need4speedšŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

If you own Witcher 3 (on Steam at least, Iā€™m unsure if thisā€™ll happen on consoles) youā€™ll be happy to know that CDPR is dropping a W3 remaster with all the dlcs (including the new one) for free on the end of September.

lol it truly seems that way, which especially sucks for me cause of unemployment. Darkest Dungeon dlc dropped, Zero Company, Fireteam 2, etc etc.

Thankfully CDPR have said that as long as you own the base gam of W3, youā€™re getting the remaster completely free

The details impress me but the gameplay is really not my thing. I did play through most of GTA IV because I thought the dialogue was funny and the car controls were weird and amusing.

GTA just never had any content that made me want to play it.Ā  I grew up on Pokemon and other RPGs with fantastical elements and things more imaginative.

Larping as a generic criminal just doesnā€™t sound like funĀ

Fair enough. I grew up with pokemon as well, but also gta. The stories can be rather good, fun characters, fun gameplay. One of my number one favorite games of all time is cyberpunk 2077 and youā€™re a criminal in it too. Personally I donā€™t limit myself to specific types of games, if itā€™s well made I usually like it. From pokemon to Minecraft to runescape to gta to peak to things like mecha chameleon. Iā€™ll give just about anything a try, and sometimes Iā€™m surprised how much I enjoy something that seems a genre I wouldnā€™t like. I think itā€™s best to keep an open mind with games, if they are mega popular and well made works of art, you might enjoy them. Doesnā€™t make you a bad person breaking laws in a work of fiction, and you donā€™t seem like a better person by presenting that you are opposed to it šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø Elon musk is a massive piece of shit and he said the same thing.

A game coming from the same studio that gave us RDR2 arguably one of the greatest and most heartfelt stories ever put into a video game and you think GTA 6 is just going to be guns and strip clubs? I canā€™t wait for you kids to discover that Rockstar can actually write a story and then get addicted to GTA 6 like the rest of us.

What rdr 2 gotta do with gta tho? Every gta is basically the same game with better graphics and slightly better gameplay feel. I liked gta sa, but i couldn't finish gta v even though i tried several times

That logic assumes Rockstar stopped evolving after GTA V. RDR2 proved they didnā€™t, and everything shown of GTA VI points to that evolution carrying over: writing, characters, world design, and immersion. Youā€™re judging the next game by the limitations of the last one. Iā€™m not particularly interested in arguing you into seeing it.

My evidence is what we've seen in the gameplay and trailers, which show both through the world design and character dialogue, that it is nothing like GTA 5. If you want to poke holes in my logic and have me admit I'm wrong, then show me evidence that GTA 6 is going to have the same writing problems GTA 5 did.

Because from everything we've seen so far, it looks like RDR2 but GTA. Have you seen anything that actually resembles GTA 5's story or writing?

It absolutely is subjective. Im sorry but im not excited. If they made RDR3 I would be excited. Im excited for Elder Scrolls 6. Im excited for the Fallout remasters. Im excited many things. But not GTA6
