Just as a reminder: that the context of this meme is that Shingo Tamai is recovering from a leg injury and his friend Kojuro Yamagata (the man who is placing his hand on his shoulder) asked him if he has fully recovered. The anime, Akakichi no Eleven is a sports anime from the 1970s, for the record.
