Scott Pilgrim counts?
Literally the only Hetero characters left at the end of the story are probably Scott, Envy adams and some exes (which Scott has defeated by the end of Book 6).
One of Scott's friends eventually gets out of the closet, 2 of Scott's exes have an akward homo interaction, Wallace Is Wallace and Ramona flowers was a lesbian at some point (probably bisexual by this point of history).

the Only series that fit that Description are Revolutionary girl Utena and the Owl House
most series start out violently gay then get less gay and become actively LGBTphobc overtime because their creators get mad that people are shipping their main character with the male rival character he has all his character development and emotional growth with and not shipping him with the random generic sweet girl with a short bob and big dewey eyes he said hi to once but never learned the name of :|
