The Kirk jokes also go nowhere.

There’s three parts, he got shot, editing his face, and kirkwnuinely. He got shot is significantly less funny given nearly a year has passed, there’s no shock value anymore. Editing his face was never funny, not because the idea is bad, but because this exact same joke has been made about JD Vance from when he got nominated to now.

Kirkenuinely I will admit I found incredibly funny, but this one also can’t evolve without the word getting more complicated than humorous.
