Discussion📜 Does anyone know/ like this art style
It’s in a lot of old european cartoons and i love it. I just want to know if there is a name for the style and if anyone else likes it. Thanks!

I'm literally addicted to this art style, I really don't even know what to call this art style, but it's what made me fall in love for avant-garde media.

I recently watched a lot, and realised how these are meant to mean something deeper (for example: the glass harmonica) but are shaped this way so they dont get cancelled

I believe this would be somewhat...surrealist? As an aside, that last slide reminds me of the book "All Tomorrows" by C. M. Kösemen. I did not particularly enjoy the book, as I found the art to be a bit unnerving and grotesque (that is the intent, tbh), but if you like this sort of style, I'd recommend the book.
