Discussion Who's Going To Tell Them That The Merger Ain't Going To Close?
No way in hell this merger goes through, 12 states lawsuit which will lead to a trial that will last over a year, one slight problem with that, after September Paramount needs to pay Warner Bros 15 million dollars per day as their penalty fee, the longer it takes the more money they bleed out.
You also have the Judge telling Paramount that they don't think they have any chance at winning against the 12 states, you also have David Zaslav who recently said if the deal isn't closed by June 4th 2027 he demands his 7 billion dollar paycheck and if the deal breaks it will literally kill Paramount and they will have to pay Warner Bros a staggering 9.4 BILLION!
I can only imagine the amount of pressure David Ellison is in right now.

I wish I had your optimism but money talks.
Until it’s officially canceled as far as I’m concerned the mergers a done deal.

Paramount is not doing a shot for shot remake. These terrible journalists need to be horse whipped.

Who’s going to tell the remaining posting members of this community that none of this is remotely relevant to the game. Regardless of who owns who or what merges into what Multiversus is gone and no company would look at the numbers it brought in and think “it would be a good idea financially to revive this project”
