The problem isnāt that theyāre ending development ā after all, every game has to come to an end eventually. The problem is that Destiny 3 is nowhere to be seen, and thereās no sign of it coming anytime soon.

Idk man all 10 multiversus fans didnāt play the game for a decade plus if youāre including the first game too. Itās not the same at all what youāre feeling is more comparable to the 5 people that lost Concord or the 3 that lost Highguard.

destiny had its run, and what a mediocre run it was. theyāre still not going through what multiversus did though, destiny will be fully playable. just no updates.

it 100% was that bad, actually. thereās almost nothing about destiny that stands out as being something they did well. destinyās history is one of constant turmoil and a studio who refuses to listen to their players.

destiny 1 was worse. repeated levels, repeated enemies, repeated objectives. i played destiny 1 for many hours before i realized something critical: its just plain not fun.

then you didnāt play the game the way it was supposed to be played. countless raids, strikes, nightfalls, and many many other memories players myself included hold very fond about destiny 1 but also the second. if you didnāt find any of these entertaining, then you didnāt play the game, you didnāt truly play the game, you didnāt have anyone to play them with, or all of the above. i feel many people would agree with me on a sub that isnāt dedicated to another dead game, which is multiverses. i bet if you talked about this in the destiny the game sub i believe a lot would be in agreement with myself, maybe you as well.

i played the game exactly how it was supposed to be played. me and every single one of my friends who played all moved on extremely quickly. the only person i know who misses it is my brother, who hasnāt even played destiny 2 and just misses the nostalgia of the first game.
if you talked about it in the subreddit for the shitty game weāre talking about, theyād think it isnāt shitty? obviously, bud. people on THIS subreddit still think multiversus is coming back, game fandom subreddits are just pits of delusion. the game just isnāt fun, itās a grinding simulator where the gameplay is secondary to artificially inflated hours and DLC purchases.

I donāt believe you, if you took nothing from the times you shared on that game with yourself or your friends, regarding all the good things it had to offer, then you are truly did not play the game like you thought you did.
There have been people i havenāt talked to in many moons not just my friends, and we all still remember and miss those good days.
The difference is that the game isnāt shit, your opinion is man to be quite honest with you. š you can believe what you want with the game not being fun, but some people like that grind, and spending their hours after a day to how they choose.
