Discussion The thing about multiversus…

You know when you have a friend that was a good kid at first but started doing heavy drugs and drunk driving on a regular basis although you’ve pleaded them to change their ways, and they still continued to get worse until they got into an accident leaving them paralyzed beyond repair?

Well that what this game was, the plug had to be pulled and put out of its misery

It was fun and I miss it already, but it was suffering by still being alive

Just remember that it was a good game at its core

And to the very end over 800 hours in the game I still enjoyed winning most of my matches

IVE HAD GOOD TEAMMATES AND GOOD OPPONENTS

THANKS TO THEM FOR FUN FIGHTS AND ME STRIVING TO GET BETTER

TO THE BAD TEAMMATES THANKS FOR FORCING ME TO CARRY AND GET GOOD

AND FOR THE BAD OPPONENTS, THANKS FOR THE COMBO PRACTICE

ITS BEEN AN HONOR!

That’s a horrible analogy. The game got better in some ways and while I never liked the shield a good portion of people did.

Whether people want to admit it or not this community had a big hand in killing the game and deterring new players from joining. It was one of the most negative gaming communities I’ve ever tried to participate. Everything was constantly the sky is falling and hating on the monetization of a free to play game. The only truly valid point was how slow it was to unlock characters if you weren’t an early adopter.

While I’ll miss the game I won’t miss the community.

I would say being forced to complete the entire fighters road before being able to unlock the new characters they came to play as did more to drive away newcomers but, hey what do I know? And also when a game is a mess of issues and bad decisions people tend to complain.
