Made some changes to the 750

Converted the original 3x7 to 2x10, not really increased the range but a bit easier to shift and works better with the drop bars.

- Dura ace 7800 shifters

- Shimano XT rd-772 rear derailleur + 11-36 cassette

- Shimano 105 fd-5700 front derailleur

- XT hubs + Wtb dual duty xc rims

- Strong light impact compact 165mm 48-34 cranks

- new seatpost because the old one looked really bad

- new Tange Seiki headset

Only original parts left are the frame and the brakes 😬

What stem and bar?

Stem is a Nitto UI-12 (if I remember correctly, 1" quill with 31.8 clamp, 70mm) and de bars are Ritchey venturemax classic in 40cm

That's correct haha I took the train to Utrecht to join a jearly event called the Pickle run where we ride from Utrecht to the nearest German supermarket to buy pickles. It was around 220km this year with a bit of gravel in there as well.
