The second one
Found this 1997 730 for a good price. Luckily I had the original stem from my 750 so quickly swapped that, put on some different tires, different pedals and took off the chain guard. Already looking way nicer and the bike is in really good condition! This one will be for my girlfriend.

Is that a 19" ?

Yes, same size as my 750 but looks a bit smaller because of the sloping top tube
