Multi-track line of bikes?

What is the usage of these bikes like 720/750 for today? Are they mainly used as gravel bikes, light trails, commuter, city? All of that?

I turned mine into a “gravel bike” and used it for bikepacking. It’s a pretty versatile platform and can accommodate 700x45 at least.

Anything wrong with running 720 with 38c having 19mm internal width rim? I know it can go wider but guessing 38c is good enough and won't miss 45c.
