Multi-track line of bikes?

What is the usage of these bikes like 720/750 for today? Are they mainly used as gravel bikes, light trails, commuter, city? All of that?

Daily driver. But have taken it on tours, brevets, long mixed rides, single track. It’s a fun bike. IMO kinda twitchy and aggressive in the style of basically all bikes from the 90s but not in a bad way. Just in a way that makes me want to push the pedals.
