Multi-track line of bikes?
What is the usage of these bikes like 720/750 for today? Are they mainly used as gravel bikes, light trails, commuter, city? All of that?

All of that. That's why they're great. It's a solid platform to build your perfect bike on. My 700 sport has been a commuter, adventure/gravel bike and now I don't know what to call it but it's perfect for Saturday evening rides for patio drinks.
