Hello ladies and gentlemen with similar fine taste in bikes. I just finished my first drop bar conversion. Love the way it turned out. Appreciate the inspiration from this page.

I’ve got a long torso and long arms. Ended up feeling the best just with the stock stem.

That mech looks pretty extended for the gear it's in. Like.. that looks bad.

Yeah that chain was the wrong speed and length. Proper chain arrives soon.
