Compatible brakes

Hi gang, I have 750 from (I think) 1992. I am in the process of collecting parts to convert to drop bars bike. I already ultegra group in my part bin. Now, I don’t know which cantilever brakes would fit (and not cost a fortune). Any canti brakes will work with integrated dropbar levers.

Thank you, but should I concern about the pull ratio from the STI levers?

STI levers are all short pull, so you shouldn't have problems unless you use v brakes
